Hello friends!! still not scrapbooking!! looks like were in for some really cold weather here in Michigan next week talking below zero temps. brrrrr. So I have decided to make a card that reminds me of spring and summer. I put a happy Birthday sentiment on it for we have a lot of birthdays coming up. Might as well get prepared for some of them ahead of the game. The stamp I used is from Stampin up!s Fun and Fast note and the swirls in the bakground are from the doodle this set, also from stampin up!
Colored with blending pens and SU! ink. A lot of times when I am crafting my ds Caleb who is 6 likes to make cards or scrapbook too, this is one of his creations he made for me for New Years! Of course I love it and I love watching on his cards or his crafing items evolve he is getting to be quite the little artist. :) Thanks so much to Rhonda from http://bumblcreate.blogspot.com for the great link for the kids challenge, we surely will have fun playing. I dont know if I will get a chance to post for the next couple of days, Babysitting tomorrow a little 7month old :) and Tuesday have a meeting for our elementary school carnival and our small group meets in the evening. Oh my goodness!! I love your card!! Spring sounds good about now, huh? that is so funny-that we have so much in common! my daughter just got me a new one for christmas by jodi picoult-(nineteen minutes)I havent gotten a chance to read it yet- but if you'd like when I do get done -I see your in mi. too and I could borrow it to you to read as well! thank s of r the comments on my room, I added a pic of my daughters bed to my photos so no one thinks I really make her sleep on the floor when she is home! HAHA. Im glad you got the chance to visit the childrens blog-Ems gonna make a card today for it. We Love Calebs card-soo sweet- you'll have to keep that one forever!
