New Craft room

Well I am finally about done with my craft room. Thanks to a lot of work put in by me and hubby. I am loving having all my stuff back into one room again :D I also have managed to put my sewing machine it too! I am posting some pictures of my new space and my very first card I got to make in it. Let me know what you think. The card is made out of random sheets of scrap paper, Stampin up! word play for the big wish stamp. and a few lil diamonds in the "flame"

Hello friends,
I hope you all had a great weekend! We kept pretty busy. Trying to get my craft room all put together, I just got the carpet laid down there and am super excited to get moving on it. The weather put a bit of a damper on that, Hubby was going to install my counter tops but old man winter decided pay us a visit, so off he goes to plow :( It's okay it will get done, but I am so ready to have a space of my own again to play :D
I am loving this Stampin up! Set Delicate Doilies. This is one of those sets where you see it in the catty and it doesnt do a whole lot for you, and then you start seeing all these wonderful cards made with it. So I am a bit late in the game in getting this set but I am loving it. This card was made a card night at my upline;s. so fun.

Hello stampin friends! Just a quick post today, trying to make sure I at least post every couple of weeks :D Today I am sharing a card I made with my stamp club. We used the Three little words stamp set from Stampin up! background embossed with the perfect polka dots folder. Old Olive and pumpkin pie markers along with pumpkin pie ribbon. I just love that you can match all of SU! colors. Sure makes it easier.
I hope you are all well. I am keeping busy with the dc kiddo's and our church has been offering an abundance of classes, they are taught by peeps in the congregation. So I have been learning how to build a website (so stinkin hard) I am taking a sewing class and an art class, for I cant even draw stick people :D Wish me luck. Hello fellow crafters! Wow it has just been over a week and I am posting again!! Woot Woot I am on some kind of a roll! I really do miss blogging more often but it seems to be one of those things that falls thru the cracks in the busyness of a day. I am a daycare provider with 6 kiddo's and they sure can keep ya hoping, I am also a Stampin Up Demonstrator and have a Stampin Club that I host here at home, I love this "adult time" and best of all I am a mom! So as many of you can relate the blog tends to get lost in the shuffle, So I am trying to carve out a certain time once a week to catch up with old friends and visit other blogs and post some of the fun things we do at stamp club. Wish me luck :D
I am sharing today a card made with the Stampin Up Medallion stamp. I did not like this stamp when I saw it in the catty, but I saw some samples of cards using this stamp and I LOVE IT!! On this card I used the baby wipe technique and a little shimmer. I love how quick these cards come together and they look fantastic!

Wow it has been a very long time since my last post. Did you all have a wonderful Christmas? I hope you are working on having a fantastic New year as well. We enjoyed our holidays. This year holds lots of excitement for us, as most of you know my daughter is getting married June of this year, and then on Christmas my son proposed to his girlfriend and they have decided they want a fall wedding and will be getting married in October of this year! Yes, this mama is gonna be busy. I am going to try to post a bit more frequently then I have been but it most certainly wont be everyday. I do hope you will continue to check in now and then. Hopefully after all the excitment this year I will get back on track! for it will be a little while for my last lil guy thinks about marriage he is just 9 :D. Today I will share a gift card holder I cased from somewhere but can't remember where, but this is not my original idea, just thought it was so stinkin cute had to give it a try. Hi, just a quick post this evening! I am officially on vacay!!! Woot woot!! Going to the lake house on Monday for a nice, quiet week of relaxation! Good morning friends! I cant believe I am posting again, I am really on a roll now :D I had my Stampin Club girls over last night for our first meeting and wanted to share our projects with you. We had tons of fun, I dont know why I didnt start one of these clubs a long time ago. Great to share something you love to do with others that love the same things.
For our first meeting I decided we would do a gift set. So We stamped on candles, my newest addiction, I love doing this and it is easy peasy!! Made a gift card holder, and a matching card to go with. We used the baby wipe technique and used the uppsy daisy stamp set.
I hope your all finding ways to stay cool. I know we are ready for a cool down the daycare kiddo's really need to get outside and burn some energy!! Make it a great day.

Hi blogging friends!!!!!
Okay it is official I really stink at blogging during the summer. Not a bad thing because I am spending my time with family and the daycare kiddo's, but I do miss the interaction with you all! and seeing everyones fantastic creations. I probably wont be posting a whole lot until its fall and my kiddo goes back to school and the dc kiddo's are back on a schedule. But in the mean time stopping in to say hi and let you all know I miss you!! Good morning friends!
I have a few minutes this morning while the daycare kiddo's are working on a project, so I thought I would share The mothers day cards I made. I really like the way these turned out, and that doesnt always happen, we are are own worst critics I think. I hope you all had a blessed mothers day! I did.
We have a few busy weekends coming up, welcome to summer break huh :) we have a benefit breakfast for our fire dept. and a bible presentation for our lil man at church this weekend, next weekend is my daughters best friends wedding out of town and then YAHOO then camping for Memorial day weekend!! I am praying for decent weahter, I dont like camping in any storms! I hate to wish away my spring but I am REALLY looking for a little down time, I love my daycare kiddo's but am needing a break :)

I know it has been a while since I have posted anything and it will probably be a bit sporatic for awhile, been busy with the daycare and planning my daughters wedding. This card I made for a couple at my church, he needed a kidney and his wife was a match, now the two truly are one :D any way he cant be at church for 3 or 4 weeeks, his wife was back after 2 weeks! Anywho while he is stuck at home do to waiting to build up an immune system I thought I would send a card every 3 or 4 days :) Dont want them to think were not thinking and praying for them :D so this is my 2nd one being sent.
I hope your all well, and it is finally looking like spring here. We have reservation for camping Memorial day weekend and I am looking forward to the down time with family and friends. hugz n blessings

Good morning friends! This is what we woke up to this April 18th here in Michigan! ugh I know spring is out there somewhere! :D Oh well it is what it is I guess, the daycare kiddo's are all stuck inside today, no one thought to bring snowpants, mittens etc.. I know my lil man was not happy to have to put his on again this morning.
This is a card I made this weekend for my daughters bff bridal shower, I had so much fun making it, used white card stock and some vellum, did a little embossing, added some sparkle and Wa La!! I actually love how this turned out! I am feeling old all these weddings! I still am grasping that next summer my babygirl will be saying " I do" aww bittersweet!

Good morning friends, This is a card I made for our pastors wife, she is a big part of our musical team so I thought this would fit :D I can't take credit for the original design I saw this some where while surfing the internet but unfortunately I have no idea who to give credit to.
This morning is dark and rainy, looks like the kiddo's will be inside today. We look to have a nicer weekend coming up and we could flirt with 80 degrees on sunday, but of course if we get the warmth then we have a chance of severe storms :( We are supposed to going to the Whitecaps game for the opener this Sunday (our local baseball team) So I am hoping for nice weather.
We well okay hubby will start tearing out carpet and linoleum tonight, so the new flooring can get put in, I am sooooooo excited to get the carpet out of my dining room. I will post pics later.

Hello friends, Well it was so windy today I thought this card would be appropriate! It turned out pretty cute and it was so easy and quick. Somedays you gotta love that. This is just another short post, I am getting ready for bed those daycare kiddo's start coming pretty early, and I love to read and it seems the only time I find time anymore is in bed before going to sleep.
We well hubby :D is going to be installing new wood floors in our kitchen a dining room this weekend, I am so EXCITED!! We went and picked it out yesterday and I just cant wait to get it done! Right now I have an off white carpet in the dinning room you can imagine how that is with daycare !! I will try and post before and after pics. hugz n blessings

Good morning friends! Another quick post before the daycare kiddo's get here. This is a card we made at our create a card event. I am not to sure how I feel about this one, I think I would of liked it a bit better had I put all those bright colored flowers on a black background. Aw well it is what it is.
Spring is slowly arriving her in Michigan. :D Woot Woot. Sunday we started our day with snow and ended it with thunderstorms! Crazy weather! Alot of rain this week of course, kiddo's are on spring break so it is to be expected.

Good morning friends! Today brings us more of that beautiful sunshine, but still pretty stinkin cold, but the birds are singing and it looks gorgeous, Were getting there! This is a card I made, I seen it on split coast but now i cant find it and so I dont know who to give credit to for this design. I think this weekend lil man and I will work on some lil treats for his class for Easter. Hello friends, Wow time sure flies, it feels like I havent been here for some time. I keep so buys with the kiddo's during the day, and the keeping up with the family in the evening is always a challenge. I have some alone time so I thought I would quick write a post and then maybe find some time in the craft room. Hubby and lil man went to watch a WWE event!
I am loving this craft paper from stampin up! I did some embossing in white for the flowers, I really should emboss more often I love the look, but I seem to forget about it.

Hello friends! It seems these days there is so much talk of weddings, My daughter is getting married next year, her best friend is getting married next month and countless other girls my daughter had gone to school with. Geesh can I really be that old!!! Anywho I thought i would post a wedding card we made at stamp club a while back. Decided its much easier to post at night then during the day when I am dependent on the daycare kiddo's napping :D
Today is the first day of spring and it seems mother nature has no idea of this, it had been nice the last couple of days now it is cold and rainy at times sleeting! Ugh so ready for spring to comea nd stay! We have talk of snow on Wednesday. Oh well no matter how long winter lasts spring is sure to follow, and I really cant complain, Everytime I do and I turn on the news and see Japan.... Well I realize how thankful I should be. Well here we sit on a Saurday night my daughter and I have strep throat, I had it about 3 weeks ago, yesterday my daughter was diagnosed with it and yeppers she gave it back to me! my second dose of antibiotics and I should be good to go. Boy do we need spring to air out this house!!

Hello stampin friends! It's late, but i have finally found a bit of time to update my blog. I had two almost 3 month old twins start daycare today and needless to say that kept me pretty busy! I had my stampin up open house over the weekend and had a nice group of about 6 -8 ladies show up and had about 200.00 is sales so I am pretty happy, thinking i will have a March class!!
I made this little post it note holder the other day, pretty much just to show it at the open house but it is another nice thing to have to put in your purse, works great if not everyone has a large purse like myself :D I used stampin up DSP, stamps and punch, the ribbon is from Michaels. Hello stampin friends! I am finally feeling better!!! yay! I had my stampin up open house today, and I had a small group of ladies come, I really enjoyed it! had a friend come that I went to school with and hadn't talked with her in twenty years! How fun and she signed up for my stamp club, so we will have lots of time to catch up!!
I am sharing this lil notebook and pen holder that I made with the clear mount stamp cases, I think these are such fun lil gifts, or to make one and keep in your purse, if your like me and have a big enough bag :D This one is made for my lil guy I used dsp from a local craft store and my cricut camping cartridge. I will be making a couple more soon for a couple of friends, i think these would be great for prayer journals too! Have a great weekend. ~ hugz n blessings~

Hello friends! I am beginning to feel a bit better, I am on meds now and they seem to be working, although I still tire easily, I am praying this subsides too in the next couple of days! Thanks to all of you for the get well wishes.
A while back I had posted some 3x3 cards and was wanting to make a little box for them to go into. Last week I finally got around to making one, I found directions for scoring on the internet and it went together quickly. Hello stampin friends! The other day the man in brown came bearing my season of friendship stamp set that had been on back order! I was so excited to get it, I just think this set is adorable. So as soon as the day care kiddo's went down for their nap I had to pull out some supplies and play :D I got this idea from Angela over at avidly stamping, I just love how they turned out and there are just so many possibilities with this set! what fun!!
Well it has been beautiful the past couple of days warm and sunny, it felt so nice to go out for a walk yesterday, I am hoping the rain stays away this afternoon so I can take the daycare kiddo's out for a walk.
I am slowly getting things ready for my open house on the 26th. I am nervous but also excited, I am finding such fun projects to make, I will share one of them later this week.

Hello friends! Just a quick post today gotta get the kiddo's lunch ready. I made these cute little 3x3 cards, I think I am going to use them as one of my raffle gifts at my open house next week. Does anyone know of a template or link to make a lil box for 3x3 cards? I would love to put them in one! I used the tart and tangy Stampin up! set and whisper white cardstock with a bit of dazzling diamonds. I got the idea from Dawn over at her blog! good morning friends! Thought I would get this post in before all the daycare kiddo's arrive this morning, since we will be having our Valentines party today, I may not have time later. I hope you all had a great fun filled weekend! C kept me pretty busy this weekend, had a buddy stay the night on friday, Saturday afternoon we went to the roller rink, Sunday after church we went back to the roller rink, and followed up by coming home to build a snowman, since the snow was perfect for this. Geesh I needed the week to start so I could relax a little :D
Today I am sharing a little easter Chic, I may make these for a a treat for C's classroom. they are so easy to make and oh so cute. Hello my friends! I really was going to post something today not using my favorite stamp set just believe from Stampin Up! But then I ran across this fridge magnet I think on splitcoast and of course since it is my favorite set.....
This was a lot of fun to make, used the top note die from stampin up! stamped in olive green sponged around the edges in the same, I used versa mark for the back ground. I was bummed to find out I was out of Stampin Up Old olive ribbon, so I guess I need to bet to ordering more ribbon, I just love how you can coordinate all the colors with Stampin up! I am having my open house in about 2 weeks and I think this will be one of my door prizes, what do you think? Caleb and I are going to busy tonight making cookies on a stick for his 2nd grade class and of course for the bus driver and office ladies, so we will be busy tonight, I will post our fun tomorrow. Hello stampin friends! Wooh who!!! I have managed to got on and post for a whole three days in a row :D Man that hardly ever happens, but this week the daycare kiddo's have been napping well!!
Again I was playing with the just believe set from stampin up! I just cant get enough of this set!! This is just a quick and simple card, but I like how it turned out. And we all need quick and simple at sometime.

This left us with a few snow days and that just threw my schedule off! But sure enjoyed spending the days with my lil man!! Hello blogging friends!! Oh it is sooooooo cold brrrr. I am ready for spring!! I say this as i look out the window and watch the snowflakes flyin. Oh well just thankful for a warm place to lay my head.
Over the weekend Caleb and I worked on his Valentine's for his class. We used Stampin Up! fun pun set for our image. And have stuck a lil bag of sweethearts inside. We had fun making these this weekend while we stayed in and stayed warm :D

Good morning blogging friends! Yesterday and today I have been working on this cute lil awning card. I saw this over at Diana Gibbs and thought I had to give it a try so stinkin cute!! It went together pretty easy, I was able to do it while the daycare kiddo's were playing during free play :D

Hi blogging friends. Well it is sounding as we may get dumped on with snow over the next couple of days. Wondering if my lil guy will have school tomorrow, love it when he gets to stay home. :D And the daycare kiddo's love him being here too. My eldest son will be doing some winter camping in Ludington state park, I will of course worry about him the whole time he is gone Who wants to sleep in a tent when its a blizzard!! ugh boys! Well he is 22 so I guess no longer a boy, but always my baby boy :D
Today I played with the new Aviary set from stampin up. I wasnt to sure I liked it to well at first but it seems to be growing on me somewhat.

Hello blogging friends! Well today my daughter found "The" dress, we will be going to get it on Friday, so I will post pics! Pretty sure her fiance' doesnt check out my blog :D I am excited to see what she has picked out!!
Today I have used and oldie but goodie retired stampin up set, Happy Heart day! I have always loved this set and have gotten it out to make my sons classroom valentines :D So I thought I would make one to share with you all too! Added alittle of dazzling diamonds to the heart to give it a bit of bling!! Hope you enjoy it!
Didnt get around to making up more sample wedding invites, so I guess I will be doing a few different ones this weekend, while hubby and lil man go to a basketball game :D

Hello Friends! Well back at it today my daycare has been closed for almost two weeks so it was very hard having that alarm go off at 6am this morning. All the kiddo's are back and playing well today I am thankful for that. I figured while they were working on their numbers and colors I would make a quick post, never know when another opportunity will arise :D.
As many of you know my daughter got engaged over Christmas. We are thinking we will make our own invites, This is the first one I have tried I do need to tweak a few things but for the most part like how it turned out. (daughter has yet to see it thou)I saw one like this on a fellow bloggers blog, but for the life of me dont know which one :( but the design credit totally goes to her whoever she may be.

Hello blogging friends. Happy New year!!! I hope you all had an awesome time ringing in the new year with family and friends. We had spent time playing some games and visiting with family and friends and had a wonderful time.
I was able to get into my craft room and clean things up a bit from Christmas it was such a mess, so then I just had to sit down and play with my new Just believe set from Stampin Up! I just love that set!! Added a little bling to the card by using my little pearls from stampin up! It was nice to get in there and play for a bit.

We knew he was going to propose for he did ask us for permission :D They are looking at a date the summer of 2012 We are so blessed to be gaining such a fine son in law!! Hello blogging friends! Just a short lil note today and one quick little santa card to share. So busy this time of year :D We made this card at the stampin club I go to, I love this stamp set more and more, wish I would of gotten this one. Lots to do this weekend, son is in our church childrens program so we have practice saturday morning, a Christmas party Saturday afternoon and my daughter will be coming home from her cruise on sunday! yay I am so excited, we had never been away from eachother for an entire week!! and let me tell you it has been a loooonnnng weeek!!! :D Also while she was away on her cruise her boyfriend came over to talk with myselef and her dad, she is getting an engagement ring for Christmas!!! Okay it has been forever since I have updated, but now that I am getting back into the swing of things and getting some kind of schedule going on, I am hoping to be able to update again regularly. As a lot of you know I have recently opened my own daycare, it has taken some time to get used to "making our schedule" :D
These lil elf guys I am making for my sons 2nd grade class and for our church boys and girls club. I found these at a craft show so I am not sure who came up with the origianl design, but I LOVE them, Arent they too stinkin cute!!!!!

Hello stampin friends, I made it back this week!! woot woot! Our weather here as been beautiful and we are doing a lot of camping but I did manage to get a couple of cards done, this one is a card I made for our pastor for his birthday, i have such a hard time trying to do male cards!! I think I need to invest in more manly stamps, I dont know but they sure are a challenge for me! So let me know what you think of this one I did.
I dont know if I have mentioned I am in the process of opening my own daycare, few more things to do before I send everything in to the state! I am pretty excited, I wish I would of gone to college for teaching instead of nursing, but since I didnt I have decided day care is the next best thing, I just love the lil ones :D

Hello friends! We finally got a beautiful weekend, and we spent ours at our trailer in lake! It was great being out there for the first time this year!! during the day the weather was nice and warm, the evenings were just chilly enough to really enjoy the bon fire!!
I did manage to get a card/soup holder done, I would like to share with you, I thought these were just adorable!! I got this idea from the very crafty Dawn!! And as she says these would be cute with hot cocoa or I think for spring even a pack of seeds! The stamps are all from stampin up!
I seem to be having a bit of difficulty with my camera, doesnt want to stay on when I turn it on maybe it needs a new battery I charge it and it just turns off, I sure hope that is all, So I am not sure if I will be able to post again for a couple days, we'll have to see what happens with the camera.

It has been a little bit since I have checked in, I am working on a rag quilt (my first) and that has been taking up my crafting time. Our spring weather we had been having has all but disappeared! Cold and rainy today looks even colder tomorrow :( Althou I wont complain I know many of my blogging friends have said they have gotten dumped on with snow!! Ugh!! Snow in May???? What the heck?? So I will keep my rain and cold without to much complaining.
Today I am going to share with you my flower pot mothers day card, this is my first time attempting this card and I really enjoyed making them. Hello my friend, I am going to be quick this afternoon, I want to get outside and enjoy the warmth and the sunshine, do a bit of yard work :) I hope your are all experiencing nice sunny weather today!
I have a couple of real quick cards that we made during a fund raiser so I thought I would share them with you. The first one is embossed with a cuttlebug folder and colored with SU! markers. The second one I am not a big fan of but really enjoy the flower, it was made from tissue paper, I will use that again on another card with a different layout :)
I am also sharing with you a pic of my lil guy and our new pup. Yep I said pup she is 5 months old here, and just keeps getting bigger and oh can she be naughty!! She is a great dane so hopefully she will get out of that naughty stage of jumping on you before she gets to much bigger.

Good evening friends! Just home from my 1st graders music concert, it was all muppet songs and it was really cute. They are always so fun to watch at this age! We are also enjoying some wonderfully warm and sunny spring weather!! I am so ready for it. For those of you who dont know me, we spend most of our summer out at the campground and in just a few short weeks we will be able to at least go out on the weekends until my lil guy is out of school in June. :D

HELLO!!!! I am back!! and so happy to be! Got a new lap top for my Birthday and now I can be up and running again :D I have missed my blogging friends. I have a few baby themed items to share with you today, I am having a baby shower for my sis in law in a couple of weeks so trying to get things ready. Hello friends, our weather here as warmed back up, sunshine and warmth for all of Labor Day, Yay!!! Super excited to have such nice weather for the last hoorah of summer. We just bought a new well new to us trailer, it is 30' opposed to our 24' older trailer so we are really feeling spoiled while camping now :) Just how I like it.
Since things have slowed down some now I have been able to get a little crafty time in :) I wanted to share them with you. The calender is made with chipboard, covered with patterned paper and I used modge podge ontop of it. on the left side used a large oval punch to make a place for a photo. then some ribbon and embelishments. They are easy to make and are excellent gifts this one if for my ds's first grade teacher.
Next is a little card I saw over at Myras blog at inkyrat.typepad.com I just thought it was so cute, I had to case it. So check out her blog she has some really cute things and some great tutorials.

Hello all my stampin Friends!! Well summer is winding down and about time to try and get back into the swing of things before school starts, we have until the day after labor day, but it takes awhile to get things back on routine. We have spent most of our summer out at the campground and now with it all winding down we are just out on the weekends, so now I can get some crafting time in!! I did miss it and am ready to be back in the comfort of home again. This past week we celebrated two birthdays my Youngest son and my oldest son 21, and 7 :) Sunday is my daughters 18th! I have been so busy getting things ready for dd's open house, She and her best friend are having their open house together, so I made them both card boxes, didnt really find any that i really liked in the stores so I made my own. Hello Friends, It has been awhile since I have posted, as the days get warmer there are more and more activities going on that are keeping me busy. I am planning for my dd's open house which is May 30th, so time on that is quickly closing in. Caleb graduates from kindergarten on May 28th, Ashleys senior graduation is May 29th and then the next day the open house. Plus we have been up at our seasonal trying to get that open and cleaned up around there for another season of fun family camping. :D I dont have access to my computer when I am camping so I imagaine my post will be weekly once our camping season starts! Today I have a couple of cards to share with you, The baby onesie is for a friend who is going to a baby shower and wanted a little card, the other is a mothers day card I made for a swap. A NEW TOY!!

Hello friends! Well it has been a while again since I have posted anything, I had loaned out a lot of my supplies and just recently got everything back. So I can get back to playing. In the mean time I had ordered myself a scor-pal!!! For most of the week it sat on my desk in its package for I hadnt had the time to open it and try it out some. Well today I did!! I was so excited I thought I would just jump right in and start creating. Ha boy it took me a while to get used to the scor-pal. But I am getting a little more familiear with it now, and I am loving it. I am going to share with you My little purse I made it took me about 3 trys to finally get it right and this was even after watching a tutorial over at chick n scratch!! But I finally got it done and am somewhat satisfied with it. The measurements I used were 3 1/4 x 7 3/4 paper, then scored it at 3, 3 1/2, 6 1/2, 7. then flipped and scored at 1/4.You can check out the real tutorial over at chick n scratch!! Hello friends!!! How is everyone today? Hope your all well and getting your share of some sunshine and some warmer temps, we have had a couple of warm days in a row, that really makes me hungry for spring, althou the next few days it will be cooler again 27 tonight :( I have a card that I made for dh birthday today, I made it will Stampin Up!s noble deer set and some papers from creative memories. i always have such a hard time making masculine cards! This one turned out okay. but it seems to take me forever to figure out what to do, I think half the problem is that i need more stamps!!! lol well ones that can be used for the wonderful guys in my life. any reason to get new stamps lol. Also heres a sweet little shot of one of our fur babies Sassy! It was just such a good picture I wanted to share it with all my bloggin buddies.:) Hope you all have a great week. Blessings.

The diaper cake

Hello friends! Well finally I have finished my first diaper cake!! I have done and redone it a few times and finally have just settled with this, please let me know what you think. The baby shower is tomorrow so I really cant make anymore changes, and probably shouldnt anyway this does seem to be the best out of all of them I have tried. Looks like we get some sun and warmer weather starting tomorrow!! yah!! Were are going to take a trip out to our seasonal camp lot, so I know the warmer season is on its way. Getting ready for Easter

Hello friends~ Thought I would take a few minutes to share with you the couple of easter cards I made tonight, since I seem to be slacking some on my posting I wanted to get it done before bed time because I probably wont have time tomorrow. The stamp set used is The good egg by Stampin Up! so are the gem brads the papers are a mix some stampin Up! and some just from the local scrap store. Hello friends!! been a little while again since i have been on or posted anything, I want to give a huge thank you to Rhonda over at http://bumblcreate.blogspot.com/ for the award that i still cant figure out how to get onto my site lol have to have my son give me a lesson or two. But thanks a ton Rhonda.
Today I have a couple of different things to share with you, I have a lot of different projects going on at once, I am making my first diaper cake for a shower I am going to on saturday that I will share with you when I finish it up, but I have finished the card and I will share this with you.I dont really have any demensions to share with you i just have seen a few over at scs and kinda winged it. So thats done just need to finish the cake. I also have made this little leprachaun guy for my ds's class for st. patty s day. He is mostly made out of punches but some of the punches i didnt have so yep once again part of him is winged to. lol. I also found this little fellow over at scs and of course cant remember from who to give the credit to for the inspiration! He is sticky taped to a pepermint patty. Cute lil guy to pass out on March 17th!! So let me know what you think I love hearing from you all!! I thought maybe we were on our way to some spring like weather but now they are talking snow for tomorrow!! ugh! I am really done with the snow. lol But I guess the big guy upstairs isnt finished yet, in due time right? Hope you are all having a fantastic week!! Blessings to you all!

Hello friends!! Wow the sunshine is just beautiful this morning!! But boy is it ever cold!! Looks like by mid week it will hit 50 yee ah!! Boy will that feel wonderful, now hopefully it doesnt rain all day. Well its been a while since I shared a card with you, I have been busy working on dd's scrapbook, but this weekend I snuck in a little card, I just love the cardmaking but it is so hard to do both scrapbooking and card making at the same time. This card is made with Stampin Up!s set a good egg. On the egg the polka dots were made with Stampin Up!s chalks and blender pens. Well I am off to do another scrapbook page. I am also in the process of making another quilt! I think I have too many projects going on at once lol. Aw well. Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Hello friends! I have one more layout to share with you from my dd's openhouse scrapbook that she wants. This one isnt my favorite, but she says she liked it so we'll keep it. I cant seem to post these in the right order but aw well you can see the general layout. So how is everyone? all readay for spring? I sure know I am ready for a little more warm weather and this year I am seriously done with the snow!! Today it was still bitterly cold but the sun was shining so we got the illusion of warmth! :)

Good morning friends! I am up early this morning for my lil guys has a cold and his cough keeps us awake. Hello friends!!! I know it has been forever since I have posted and I want to thank all you sweet people who have emailed me making sure I am okay, that is so sweet!! I havent been doing much blogging or crafting lately, I have started to babysit a 7 month old lil guy and we havent exactly figured out a schedule yet. He only takes about a 20 minute nap, so nap time is out. I always think I will beable to do some stamping after Kayden goes home, but then my kids get home and its homework, dinner and bath time, Before I know it its bedtime. So I seriously have to look at a new routine, cuz I surely miss stamping and my blogging friends!!
Today I am going to post a pop up card, it is made with a stamp from Stampin Up! the pun fun set, cute little hippo.! and colored with Stampin Up!s markers. I hope I will be getting back into posting with my new routine soon. Thanks for caring!!

Hello friends! I hope you are all doing well. Just a quick post tonight, for we have some things to do. Ds and I wanted to share with you our work of art that we put together this afternoon. This is for Caleb's classroom party, they need to make a mailbox out of a shoe box and this is what we came up with. Of course we found the idea from google, dont have the website in front of me right now, but if you would like it, just let me know and I will get it to you. This was fun to make and its so much fun doing these crafts with Caleb, we both have a lot of fun. Well I am off to pick up ds from awana's and them hope to surf some of your blogs for a while. Hello Friends! I hope everyone is doing well and keeping warm in this crazy winter weather! I know its been a while since I last posted, seems life is just a little busy, where does the time go. I am working on my dd scrapbook, she wants one for her openhouse in May. It has been so long since i did any scrapbooking, been in the card mode, I am having a hard time switching back to scrapbooking I cant seem to find my creative juices for it. But at any rate I still have to get going on it or come May I wont have it done, I know May is still a ways off but if i leave it for later May will sneak up on me and I wont be ready. Here is the a couple of pages I got done, Let me know what you think and I am open to any critisim, ideas or just leave me your comment. I really struggled with the time flies page, It seems these days the "in" thing is scrapbooking one picture one a page, well good gravy if I did that the scrapbook would look like the telephone book. :) If any one knows of any good template sites for scrapbooking I would love to visit some. Well I have a meeting at ds school today our school carnival is this Saturday so this should be our last meeting until our next event. Hello Friends, Well I thought I better post something tonight, it has been awhile since I have had a little extra time to get on here. :( I received my Stampin Up! catty today and wow!! They sure have a lot of new great stamp sets!! I just love looking thru the catty again and again. and wish and wish :) Last week when I was at target with my dd getting some supplies she needed for t.e.c. (teens encountering Christ) Kinda a teen christian retreat. I spoted these lil mailbox's in the dollar bins! I thought I would pick up a few and make a few lil gifts for my closest friends. Hey cant go wrong for a buck right. Well these are my first attempt at altering and I am satisfied with how they turned out. Let me know what you think. I still have two more to do, but am waiting because my lil guy Caleb wanted to do his at the same time. So we will be posting more soon.
Tonight when I got on to post this I see to my surprise, that Rhonda over at http://bumblcreate.blogspot.com has awarded me this award that I cant figure out how to put on here. lol I will try again in a little bit. MAKING A MASCULINE CARD

Hello friends!! Well I hope you are all keeping warm!! Here in Michigan its pretty darn chilly!! aww well it is winter. Today I have given my hand at making a more masculine card, I struggle with that. We have a "deer" friend (okay silly lil pun) who is having a birthday on Friday. I am rather pleased how this turned out. I have to admit I did case the idea from someone on scs, And of course I have know idea who it was. But whom ever it is they deserve the credit for the idea. sorry. I always forget to write down the names. I used Stampin up!s Noble deer set. Stamped with chocolate chip ink. Made my own corners and just some random brads i had around. Let me know what you think of the one of very few masculine cards I have tried. Oh and I almost forgot to share with you all that we are praising God, Hubby found a job yesterday!! He was only laid off for a week and a day before he found this new job!! Being here in Michigan we are feeling very blessed, for right now they are so hard to come by, and this new job will even be a tad more money!! So thank you for all your prayers!! HELLO FRIENDS!! Just a quick post tonight, I babysat today so I spend all my time with sweet lil Kayden who is 7months and dont really get anything done. So I need to at least try a little to pick up around the house and such. Since once he left I sat down at my stampin desk and decided to play alittle instead of starting laundry, I really am behind. The card I have to share today was made with left over scraps of paper and the Stampin UP!S Priceless set. alittle bit of spring

Hello friends!! still not scrapbooking!! looks like were in for some really cold weather here in Michigan next week talking below zero temps. brrrrr. So I have decided to make a card that reminds me of spring and summer. I put a happy Birthday sentiment on it for we have a lot of birthdays coming up. Might as well get prepared for some of them ahead of the game. The stamp I used is from Stampin up!s Fun and Fast note and the swirls in the bakground are from the doodle this set, also from stampin up! Colored with blending pens and SU! ink. A lot of times when I am crafting my ds Caleb who is 6 likes to make cards or scrapbook too, this is one of his creations he made for me for New Years! Of course I love it and I love watching on his cards or his crafing items evolve he is getting to be quite the little artist. :) Thanks so much to Rhonda from http://bumblcreate.blogspot.com for the great link for the kids challenge, we surely will have fun playing. Hello Friends!! Yep well I had really hoped to be sharing a scrapbook layout from my daughters open house scrapbook, but Nooooooo I have a card!! Seems like I get on a roll doing one or the other and the one i am not working on currently just really gets neglected. Problem being with this dd's open house is 4 months away!! Gotta get going on that. I am still procrastinating.
Made this for my ds just because! I always have such a hard time with boy/masculine cards, probably cuz I am always buying girly huh??
